We reserve the right to modify or update these Terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting on this page. Continued use of the Website after changes signifies your acceptance of the revised Terms.

2. Services

27 Dresses & Co offers designer clothing and accessory rentals for weddings, special events, and other occasions.

In addition to rentals, customers may request virtual or in-person styling sessions by booking through the Website. Each rental includes the option for a complimentary one-hour styling session (subject to availability).

We also occasionally offer the option to purchase rental items, at our discretion, either after the rental period or when specifically indicated on the product listing. Unless listed as an item for purchase on the product listing, the item is deemed a rental.

All rental and purchase requests are subject to item availability, verification, and approval by 27 Dresses & Co.

3. Rental Period and Returns

* Standard rental period: 14 days.

* Grace period: 2 days after the rental period ends.

* Extension: Customers may extend their rental beyond the standard 14 days by paying an additional prorated daily fee.

* Late returns: Fees are prorated daily after the grace period ends.

* Stolen items: If an item has not been returned 7 days after the end of the rental period (14 day rental period dates as stated by the customer on the website when placing the order) and has been considered a late return for 7 days, it is considered stolen. At this point, the customer owes the daily prorated late fee plus the full retail value of the item for replacement.

* Local delivery: Available in the Dallas–Fort Worth area for an additional fee (fee is based on delivery distance).

* Local pickup: Free of charge.

* Nationwide shipping: Provided according to the shipping option selected at checkout.

* Return shipping: A prepaid return label is included in each shipment.

* Packaging: Customers must use the original packaging for all return shipments.

Items must be returned in the same condition as received, free from stains, damage, or alterations.

4. Cancellations, Refunds, and Store Credit

* Cancellations made 30 days or more before the start of the rental period are eligible for a full refund.

* Cancellations made within 30 days of the rental start date are not refundable, but customers may receive store credit at our discretion.

* After shipment or local delivery: No refunds are provided.

All refunds, exchanges, and credits are governed by our detailed Refund & Exchange Policy available on our Website.

5. Damage, Loss, and Cleaning

Rental insurance is included in the rental fee and covers minor signs of wear only. The following are considered beyond normal wear and tear and may result in additional charges:

* Broken zippers,

* Stains (including from tanner, makeup, food, or substances requiring extra cleaning, which may incur additional fees),

* Tears, burns, or fabric damage,

* Water damage, or

* Any other significant alteration or defect.

Customers must notify us immediately of any damage, loss, or issue with a rented item.

You are responsible for:

* Items damaged beyond normal wear: Paying applicable cleaning, repair, or replacement costs at retail value (at the discretion of 27 Dresses & Co).

* Lost or unreturned items: Paying all applicable late fees plus the full retail value of the item for replacement.

* Shipping issues: 27 Dresses & Co is not responsible for items lost in the mail, missing, or arriving late due to shipping delays, carrier errors, or other delivery-related issues.

All cleaning and maintenance are handled exclusively by 27 Dresses & Co. Customers should not attempt to clean items themselves.

6. Payment and Billing

All payments are processed securely through Wix Payments or other approved processors. By submitting payment information, you authorize 27 Dresses & Co to charge your selected payment method for all applicable rental fees, deposits, late fees, extensions, taxes, and charges related to damage or loss.

7. Delivery and Pickup

* Local delivery: Available in the DFW metroplex for an additional fee.

* Local pickup: Free of charge from our designated pickup location.

* Nationwide shipping: Available according to the shipping option chosen at checkout.

* Returns: All returns must be made using the prepaid return label provided with your shipment.

* Instructions: Full delivery and return instructions are provided on our Website (see FAQ).

8. Styling Sessions

Each rental includes a complimentary one-hour styling session, either in person (for DFW customers) or virtually. Customers may also book additional styling sessions via the Website. All styling sessions are subject to appointment availability.

9. Intellectual Property

All content on 27dressesco.com—including text, images, graphics, and branding—is the intellectual property of 27 Dresses & Co and protected by copyright and trademark laws.

No materials may be reproduced, distributed, or used for commercial purposes without written consent.

All content is created by 27 Dresses & Co unless otherwise requested or provided by customers with express permission.

10. Customer Content

Customers may request that their photos, testimonials, or styling images be featured on our Website or social media. By granting permission, you authorize 27 Dresses & Co to use such content for marketing and promotional purposes with your prior consent.

11. Privacy and Data Collection

We collect and process personal information (names, contact details, and payment data) to fulfill rental and styling services.

Your data is processed according to Wix’s Privacy Policy and our internal practices. We do not sell or share your personal data with unaffiliated third parties.

12. Limitation of Liability

To the fullest extent permitted by law, 27 Dresses & Co shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from:

Our total liability shall not exceed the total rental fees paid for the affected item.

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless 27 Dresses & Co, its owners, employees, and affiliates from any claims, damages, or expenses arising from your use of our services, violation of these Terms, or misuse of rented products.

14. Governing Law

These Terms are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of Texas, United States, without regard to conflict of law principles.

Any disputes shall be brought in the courts of Dallas County, Texas.
